Explanation of the trade: On 02/10/23 I started a service on his discord server of: ticket system, categories, channels and new roles, in a few words I worked on something that was already broken on his server, I did everything he asked for from 0 practically. At the beginning we agreed that I would work in advance for an amount of $20 since I don't work on this but I have knowledge about server bots, but I also wanted to help from my heart since they needed it because their server was down at that moment.
I worked upfront, while he asked me for another service on tickets "runescape services" the amount up to that time came to $30. The agreed payment day was yesterday Friday 06/10/23, I wrote him to remind him to make me the payment and he replied "I broke my phone and I can't pay you because I can't login to my binance account" the truth is very annoying because as it shows in the pictures he made me enter into an agreement that yesterday would be my payment date, I did my work and trusted his word (since I am an old friend of a worker of his) and he wants to make me wait more because he is practically going to pay me when he fixes his phone, which is really out of my hands, it is his responsibility to look for money if he doesn't have it and pay me because just as he needs my services I need the money.

In the screenshots I show that I tell him to resolve my situation or else I would have to take the case to sythe (as I do now) and he only answered that he should do it, literally with that he gives me to understand that he doesn't care about paying me, that I have to wait until he fixes his phone. I don't see it fair because I did all the agreed work and still no pay. I also show that he made me 2 proposals: 1. Pay me $15 and give him time to pay me the remaining $15 and 2. Pay me $15 and give me a sponsor for 2 weeks in his discord server... I didn't accept any for the moment because I want my money in full, but seeing that I have a family emergency (that can't wait) I told him that I accepted to pay me $15 and then the rest but without taking too long, to which he told me: "I have to ask a friend" so why offer to pay me $15 if he is not going to do it? Right now I am very upset because he has not resolved what is important to me.

He wrote me at night to tell me that he would pay me $15, he was waiting for an answer from one of his workers to send me the money which he never sent, I kept waiting until it was dawn today 07/10/23 and I asked him again what happened with the payment and he tells me: "I can pay you $15, pass me your email, I will transfer when I get out of work and return home" then he leaves me with: "I can not transfer and keep waiting 24 hours".

I honestly can't wait any longer, I need a prompt response from you Mod's and thank you.

How they scammed: He agreed to a specific payment day, failed to meet it and continues to keep me waiting.

Hi pirate, he hasn’t been scammed at all. I told him 3 times he just needs to wait 24 hours before I can send the money as I changed my security on Binance as I broke my phone with my authentication code on it. He already told me he was happy to wait 24 hours so I don’t really understand why he is making this report.

 

I have never had a report made on my name and he is making a report over $30 which he was already aware he needed to wait 24 hours before I could send the payment.

How can I not be scammed if you specified a payment day and you didn't fulfill it? Everything you have told me are pure excuses, you ask for a service and you don't have the money to pay for it, anyone in my place would be very upset with this situation, we all work for a purpose.

I no longer want to receive half of the agreed money, I demand my full money without any excuses.

It is not my fault that you have the binance blocked, when a person has an outstanding debt he/she resolves to pay, no matter what and you in this case are not doing it, here you are not more than me and I am not more than you because you got what you wanted and I just have to wait? It's not fair.

I have nothing more to say, I expect my full payment as we already agreed and I don't want to keep waiting or getting any more excuses from you.
