he has claimed he tested the guide on his account in the last 4 days (he says he tested using the make x option)

he also said he used all of my tips

being level 10 does not affect him at all, or is yet to show me that his account is level 10 herblore and does not work..

happy to refund if there is a problem but i see not problem for him in person
