Wow USFINE.. Really?

Well I bought the package of bandos tassets and a fire cape from USFine. Being a normal spender there and having minimal problems I trusted them...


But a couple of days ago I got a nice message from jagex saying my account has been permanently banned for macroing.. WHILE USFINE was doing my order... It was a lvl 120 account with around 130+mil on it..

Grrr.... Jeez..

What do you guys think i should do?

Yes i have.. they told me to contact them.. I did and they asked me what i should ask for as a compensation.. Thats what im asking you guys for... what should I tell them?

 

Tell them you want the exact account you left under their control. It really is a reasonable request.

Ask for the account value back/ or a similar (better) account.

you should log all the chats and proof and stuff because whenever I ask them if there is a possibility of a ban they just say "no ban" or "we don't get bans"

Tell jagex you got hacked and to check the Ips it wasnt you

I would try to recover it Then appeal it So try to recover acc then appeal

 

First try to get a refund through their live chat, then for you appeal say it wasn't you and that should work considering the ip is way different.

 

Ok guys, i asked for the compensation, and appealed already..

Have any of you seen this happen before? I'm pretty much guessing they botted at green drags at chaos tunnels.. which is an easy ban, since ive been checking my adventure's log they've been killing green and baby black drags..

 

If you appeal, I'm fairly certain you'll get a "Minor RWT" offense, which is a 10-day ban I think. That's a lot better than a permaban.

Have you ever macroed on the account? If you've evern ran an AutoWalker, gf. And it's fairly common knowledge that Gold4RS, Usfine, etc, all use Green Dragons for goldfarming.

Yes I've botted some runecrafting using runecrafting pro from rsbots.net. probably 3-2 months ago
