Recovering an account

So I set recovery questions (didnt remeber the old ones and want to sell the account)...It took 12 days to take effect. Now I try to remove them and I get the account locked. I entered all the info and get some tracking numbers...When I try looking the tracking numbers up I get

We didn’t recognise that Tracking ID. Don’t worry! This may simply be because you’ve entered the ID incorrectly. Try carefully entering the ID again. If it still doesn’t work, wait a few minutes and try again.

So I try searching by the screen name and it gives the same error...Any tips on what I'm doing wrong?

 

You mean when you go to the Track Account Recovery page?
When you fill out a recovery form and confirm the numbers, it always says its invalid for some reason.

 

^ Ok. Any idea how long it takes to recover an acc?

 

5 hours - 3 days, some times they are fast and other days they have a lot of reports or are working on other things and it takes some time.
