    Basically when a pmod reports a player, their report get's looked at before a normal player. I'm not sure if an actual jmod looks at their report or not but basically that is it.

    You seem to have misunderstood my question.

    It was implied in a previous post that botting similarly in the presence of J-mod would result in your being banned. As in, the J-Mod can detect whether you are using a botclient, and can ban you accordingly.

    I asked the question as maybe someone would be able to explain how something like that could work.

    Also, I would go so far as to say you're more of a postwhore than I am, and hence would ask you to refrain from spewing insults.

    Same here,
    If you're ever going to bot Mining at LRC, then you will always be around a player mod. There are usually 1-2 player mods down there at all times.

    I heard somewhere their reports get looked at before normal players, given they're a mod and (are supposed to) know what they're doing when it comes to breaking rules.

    Just a pmod, it's not their job to catch botters and they don't even have any actual powers (although I assume their reports weigh more in Jagex's eyes than an average players) and there's like 200 people around you so no wonder he doesn't spot you.
