This is NOT well known. Infact if "____ training runescape" is search on youtube, only one video with 2k views comes up

Requirements:

- Membership
- A quest which has high ish requirements
- I will not tell anybody which quest is required for fear of giving away the location. I will however check via your adventurers log to see if you have done the required quest.

This location is always empty on every world so the chances of getting reported is literally zero. This makes this location a great botting spot!

Picture proof: *Note* I was getting 93k xp/hour training defense. If you train attack or strength then you can easily get over 100k xp/hour. The xp shown in the picture is with Super Strength and Super Attack potions.

Because I was training defense. When you are training attack or strength it is 100k xp/hour.

 

If this is armoured zombies you really should not be selling this.

Ghostly Warriors after Summers end. L. If it's not, 90 str and 85 attack I get 95k exp an hour no pots, so there is a free one right there.
