You're still not getting my point. If you remove the offers from being posted then there will be no posts.

 

No support at all. Sure, you get a few 'spam' offers, however if you wait long enough, you're bound to get a legitimate offer.

 

and I'm saying this isn't true go take a look at the runescape market section and tell me how many posts there are that don't involve offers, Im going to say about 60% + of posts don't involve offers

 

my idea will do nothing but raise the legitimacy of offers sure they'll still be bogus offers but there will be alot less of them

 

You don't know how many of them have been handled; the users PM'd or infracted over it.

You don't understand my argument, there's nothing more I can say; I suggest you scroll up and re-read. I'm the only person even actively discussing this with you, so i'll lay off until I can see the opinions of some other people.

I'm saying your opinion of "healthy posts" nobody seems to do anything about, people do deal with and you do get infracted for them. If you implement your system, what is now spam, comments, would be allowed. However what is not spam, offers, wouldn't be allowed. All this system would do is require a lot of coding work, and change what spam is considered in the market forum. A complete was of time with absolutely no benefit. In fact as stated above, it would hurt as due to search engines attracting new members.
