Is there a way to be able to send money on paypal without using a creditcard?

I don't have a bank account... i have money on paypal and i want to send it... thats wat i got paypal for... so i didnt have to have a bank account

 

Ok so you got money on paypal but no bank account etc.

Simply buy stuff online with it. Or buy visa cards/gift cards with your loot (presume from doing some work on sythe etc)

It just works like a regular account, send the money you've got to whoever for whatever.

 

I can't send anything because my spending limit is $0.00 and I don't have a bank account to use for it. Is there nothing I can do?

 

Use a GreenDot card. You buy them at grocery stores with cash and you can put the money on your PayPal account. It's much easier than a Visa Gift Card in my opinion.

 

GreenDot Money Pak. You can go to tons of stores such as rite aid, wal-mart, and Walgreens and give cash for them. The money is then added onto your PayPal.

 

He already has the money on Paypal guys. He wants to raise his spending limit. Try confirming your address with a Visa gift card.
