How to pay off a student visa?

I have a student visa and recently I used it to pay for a monthly payment for my phone. How would I go about paying this off.. can I do it online with cibc (debit)?

 

Student visa as in a credit card?

 

you would get a monthly statement and in the statement it tells you to pay this amount in this amount of time...

(for ex) AMOUNT DUE: 67.24 ... PAYMENT DUE DATE: OCT 23RD ... PLEASE PAY: 10.00 BY OCT 23RD... if you pay anything less than what your balance is ... thats when interest kicks in and you get charged

you would go to your bank issued credit card and pay it off there if its a cibc credit card then go to a cibc bank...

your option with your cibc debit will also work just take the statment to your bank and you would give them the cash and they would pay it

Short Answer - Don't. They disappear off your records after about 7 years anyway.

 

Last question: Can I somehow check online my visa debt that has to be paid off?
