How they scammed: I had this same issue last week, won about 50B on runehall, I didn't get cashed out for over 2 days, I was forced to message the admins through Discord and I eventually got it cashed out in crypto. I must say it was handled well last time.

Today I won another 50b ish and I tried to cash out again, and of course, I'm unable to cash out, so I proceeded to contact the owner of Runehall again through Discord and he refuses to cash me out.

He states that I can use the "swap" option on the website to get cashed out , keep in mind this pays .15$ a mill when the selling rate is much higher than that pretty much forcing high rollers to give up over 10% of their winnings if they want a chance of cashing out, unless they're willing to wait months, maybe even years to get cashed out, obviously the value of the gold will drop as well while im waiting.

Also i'd like to state that on the website itself, they have a OSRS > USD calculator, which calculates 1M osrs as 0.18 cents a mill, I showed this in the screenshot as well.

Hello everyone,

As I mentioned, we have a swap function that allows users to withdraw funds without any waiting period. We offered this option to the individual, but he declined due to the rates we specified. Additionally, he can withdraw all of his in-game funds since it's a substantial amount, but he also refused this offer, as it's not possible to do it all at once. After some hours of communication, we provided him with special service to satisfy both parties, and we withdrew his funds using the swap function, reducing the swap rates.

Following the withdrawal of funds, both parties were satisfied, and we requested him to delete/change the Sythe report, which he willingly agreed to.

However, after some time, he contacted us again with the same request. We didn't hesitate and withdrew his funds once more.

We had to ask him again to delete/change the Sythe report, and then we received the following responses:

Taking all of this into consideration, we provided him with special service (which we are not obligated to do, https://runehall.com/policies/withdrawals ) but the person still refuses to remove the Sythe report.
