Don't bother, these are auto-denied if there was not a change of ip-adresses involved.

 

type in on google appeal a ban guide. There is one thread some where with a really good method. First you will have to recover your account even if it isn't stolen then you change your IP and say it was stolen and someonelse did it. works 80%

 

I was on a VPS when my account got banned, I gave them that excuse and was still auto-denied.

There's very slim chance 0.0000001 chance you could get an Un-Ban... maybe after a few years you could ask for a last appeal or something. But I wouldn't waste my money on a ban appeal.
