If a any mod who was viewing this thread would like, I can provide them with all the recovery information I was given, that way they can see it doesn't work, I can also give them the password that I had to show it has been changed.

EDIT: After making contact with this user, he cannot pay me back.
So the only logical thing to do is ban him, until he pays me back.
