Paypal Gift

Simple question here...
How do you tell if a paypal payment is sent as a gift?

 

Gifts/Personal payments don't incur fee's for the receiver, so if you check the details of your transaction and you see:

Amount received:
$20.00 AUD
Fee amount:
$0.00 AUD
Net amount:
$20.00 AUD

Then it was sent as a gift/personal payment.

What if you have a non-business account? Don't those accounts receive no fees regardless of type of payment?

What if the sender agrees to pay fees? Doesn't it show up the same way on your transaction list?
