USFINE are just bad people....

Alright so basically i bought 60m rapid for $109 the other day and being rapid it should have been completed that night so i waited till the next day and thought that it would have been done while i was asleep so i log on and they haven't even logged on, so i go on live chat and they say "we will try our hardest to get it done" because i've had bad experiences with this site before i just went all out and said i would like a refund because i ordered rapid gold and you failed to deliver it when i wanted it, and they do that whole ignore you thing and just go on about how they need a few days and stuff like that so I (really not in the mood for putting up with this crap) went to paypal and started a dispute (which is going on at the moment) so we have been emailing back and forth me saying i want a refund and it shouldnt be a big deal because you havn't even been on the account yet and them saying "cancel the dispute first,then we can consider about the refund or the order." "if you not cancel the dispute,then no one will help you " and also they sent me an email saying that if i didn't close the dispute they would report my account to jagex and it would get banned.

So basically now i'm just waiting till the 17th when i can escalate it to a claim. it really shouldn't be this difficult. so yeah buying from USFINE is one massive shitstorm waiting to happen.

 

Sorry it was a bad experience, I find if they can't speak english correctly you normally end up wasting a lot of time.

 

Yeah they just keep saying the same thing over i have about 20 emails that go along the lines of "we can not refund you unless you can close the dispute first plz cooperate with us" obviously im not going to close the dispute, i just wish they would be helpful ive been a good customer previously putting up with this crap. :/

 

Don't close the dispute your account won't get banned lol.

 

That's what happens when you deal with people who have no liability, they can do whatever the hell they want to your account and if you try and get your money back, they will get your account banned ... gold4rs, usfine ... its all the same... a bunch of scammers who try to cover their asses with advertising and public relations reps. Stick with buying gold off sythe from now on[I suggest r2Pleasant] and good luck getting your money back.

 

don't worry i know exactly what they're doing and i know for a fact my account wont get banned because they never went on it and even if it did i wouldn't care because id rather have the dispute open just because i'm not giving into their blackmail.

 

Shit happens. No ones perfect, they're not going to be perfectly on time EVERY TIME. Learn to have some patience.

 

Alright maybe i didn't handle it the way i should have, but what i have learnt from this is that they are the kind of people i wouldn't want to deal with in the future. I wont put up with blackmail and Theft which is pretty much what they have done not refunding me.

lmao just use sythe, both tijin and rs2pleasant are much more reliable than usfine or gold4rs and faster too

 

This, tell them they can suck it. Do the dispute and recover your account. Simple as that, and everyone is happy. See this is why I don't order from any of these shitty sites. All scam and no good. Why not order gold from someone that's trusted on sythe?

 

That's unfortunate, I've never heard of such an unpleasant experience.

 

The liability part is correct, but its not the matter of buying from someone else. its that he paid over $100 to get effed over. But i do agree. you should stick to the trusted people on sythe with lots of vouch's.

 

Just don't cancel the dispute because if you do that, then you're done. And i highly doubt they will contact jagex. Even if they do, jagex can't do anything about it.

 

Alright just now i spoke to lily on MSN and was told to add someone else and it really isn't going anywhere its just the same crap over and over "sorry for that,we are not treatened you,we hope you can cooperate with us then we can do your orde well *ok ?". You want to give me a satisfying answer .. refund my money.

 

I've had that happen with gold4rs before. They reported my account and I was banned. You should have expected the need for patience when ordering from a site like that.

 

You won't win the dispute 100% trust me

PayPal has flagged that Usfine sells virtual items only which therefore, isn't covered in the paypal policy.

 

that is why u dont buy Gold from these sites. u dont know wats gonna happen. i would rather just buy it form a guy on Sythe.
