Botting Hub is a huge waste of money

Bottinghub.com sells a bot manager that is mediocre with lots of bad scripts, some that dont work.

I have paid 399$ for a lifetime plan that is called "Elite", it comes with a bunch of their own scripts, and i use osbot 10$ bot manager, there even are free ones.

What you get is a bot manager where you can control and manage all your bots and queue up tasks from control panel,
there are so many other bot managers that are FREE or cost around 10$ which is better.

There are no updates to the bot manager or scripts you over pay for, its slow and annoying to use.

The owner is more worried about getting people to make advertisements to refer people and sell his product, this is literally a pyramid scheme, its a marketing program for affilate earnings.

You will feel forced to buy stuff like useless guides and tutorials, nothing comes free.

The owner NotABot has one motivation, to earn money. Taking advantage of people not knowing anything about botting, he promises easy automation with almost no effort and earnings of minimum 500$ a month, they have very good marketing.

 

Just have to do the math with current gold prices to realise it's all shit.

$500 a month @ current prices is like 2.5-3b needed per month.

That's ~100m a day.

Gonna need a fair few bots and bloody good scripts to hit those numbers, or get even close.

And in reality that's a side income, not job. I know here in NZ atleast, you work 40+ hours you get $800+.. Easier and much better investments can be made than botting on OSRS with a shit ROI.

Unless I'm overlooking something here and somebody cares to explain. Just my 2 cents.

 

I mean, it's definitely possible if you are managing 100 to 200 accounts, and you are investing into proxies, memberships.

But what does me against these kinds of enterprises is that this is like the ceiling.

For most traditional businesses 500$ per month is like the bare minimum, with botting it's like such a success story.

Staying focused on real business and keeping rs as a hobby or an experimental sandbox is the best choice IMO.

 

This 100%. I think too many people are being convinced that they can live off botting solely on OSRS.

That mentality needs to change - side gig / hussle and nothing more. Some pocket money.

 

10 years ago maybe we fell for it, the way kids dream of living off streaming, singing, playing poker, or football.

We're grown ass men now.

 

And that's the issue. We've grown up and can't be fooled so easily anymore.

The newer generations unfortunately..

 

I don't think the newer generations are playing osrs. Pretty sure it's just us nostalgia freaks, living in the past, unable to handle the slightest change.

 

Then how are there so many people still convinced you can make a LIVING off botting? Not being a smart ass legit curious..

Guess at the end of the day growing old doesn't mean growing up per say. Still some rather gullible adults around I guess heh

I haven't heard a single thing good about them. I have had a few people fall victim to their marketing schemes, but just like you, they were overpromised and underwhelmed with the outcome. Just another bad name for botting out there.

 

Some additional findings.

OSBot doesn't even support bottinghub, you would think they would be partners since BottingHub literally advertises OSBot.

But anyways, read my review on OSBot, I just don't recommend it as a provider for businesses. And since BottingHub is OSBot Based, I wouldn't recommend them either.

 

I agree, it's total crap. I don't understand why they're still in business and why I keep seeing their ads.

 

I had bad luck with them. Had low profits, lots of bans and crazy prices. Also got banned drop trading him which is my first ever.

The bot manager from the botting hub was good for bulk accs minus the price as it came out before the osbot account manager i believe. You need to test diff bots tho as the ones they give aren't any good and will get you banned fast. Depends if you find something good to bot, if you do then it will be profitable. Noone is going to share their methods with you as nothing botting works long term, they want to enjoy it as long as they can. You always need to change what you bot every so often.

You would probably need to resupply accounts constantly, as they would get banned in a couple days. I suggest using dreambot to make the accounts because there is a script there called guester you can use inlimited instances and it will do all the quest requirements. Then get a AIO bot that will knock out all the stat reqs on the accounts. If you get a shadow at TOA then your basically in profit, even if you get banned.

I'm not a very experienced botter but am investing in a 256gig RAM server tomorrow to keep in my apartment and hopefully get a couple hundred accounts going. Thinking of just using a simple mercher bot (very low banrates) for like 100-200k/hr on 200 accounts.

 

i'm building rn 82 attack 80str 75 def accounts to make botters life easy and also mixing it with ironman i dont bot but i'm planing on being a BOT supplier some day.
