Have FaGeX changed the spawn rate of rocks at LRC?

im just wondering cus i usually get 40 - 45K an hour and im getting 30K an hour now.

It's probably lag or just so many people there. I'm fairly certain they haven't changed the re spawn limit

 

it would definitely something fagex would do, but tbh 85 mining is so easy now.. maybe thats why they changed it
