TWC sign

I don't understand what I did to get the TWC on my name. The only infractions I got is for backseat mod and accusing someone of scam without proof. So what did I do that was so wrong. If you could please tell me I'm willing to take it like a man and take responsibly for what I did, but I cant do that till I know what I did.
