I don't get why people are QQing about the flamethrower. It has the range of a shotgun, and doesn't kill as fast.

I definitely think what they're showing looks very promising. I was surprised that World at War didn't suck, so I'm thinking Treyarch can actually make a game now and it could be damn good. Though, I'm a little scared about noob tubes coming back, but that's just Call of Duty in general. Oh, and this might have been asked before, but does anyone know if you can use party chat in all playlists for this game (unlike mw2).

 

I'm about 90% sure party chat is back for all playlists.

 

I just watched the customization trailer and shat myself.

 

The community has been begging for the customization we've been getting since CoD4... I would've rather had core gameplay refined, but eh, games aren't made for players anymore.

 

Anyone got the hook up on getting the game early?

Games were at one point designed for the players, and not the masses.

Video games with that appeal to large crowds with simplistic core gameplay are what sell nowadays. Long gone are the days of old, when the games were developed for the satisfaction of making a good [working] one and not extreme profit, as seen by the most recent Call of Duty game.

Modern Warfare 2 (Activision, particularly Mr. Kotick, is the primary cause) has absolutely crushed the gaming industry as a whole.

 

Its look fucking amazing. I saw some game modes like, the one where you only get 1 bullet, and another one for each kill you get a new gun. I't looks simply astounding, cant wait to buy it and own some new players. Or, as I say, "yo, cant wait fo dis shit, gonna freking pwn those n00bs".

 

I hope the game has a lot of recoil on all of their guns. F2000 ftw in Mw2. The realest recoil MW2 has.

 

True. They should take or use up 2 years to make a great MW2 series game.

Wrong. The FN2000 is one, if not the most, advanced assault rifles in the world. It's recoil was overestimated in CoD

 

it looks a little bit like MW2 with all the gay added stuff. i liked cod4 how it was just a shooter not all that michael myers crap. some of the playlists look good but i think they are appealing to the middle school scene like mw2.
i pre-orded Medal of honor getting it tomorrow hopefully its as good as the medal of honors i played for ps1 and ps2
