I have thought about this many times before. I think I had a few things that helped me along the way to moderator. 1st being that I am almost 23 years old. 2nd being that I am online tons of hours each day and can be on at work almost all the time. 3rd being the great mass ban of 2010. I bet there were more members with better odds then me but they all got wiped out because they weren't legitimate. All in all I am just greatly privileged to have my ip search and I return the favor to this site by wiping the illegitimate off of it. Banned over 40 accts for self vouching thus far.


As for your 2nd question BW, anyone on sythe can ask me an unlimited # of questions anytime they want.

Wow thanks. I have a TON of better mods above me who are always there to help. I always try to be helpful as much as I can. The only time I'm not nice is to vaders I've banned 50 times or if you deliberately waste my time.

And I am simply here to rid this site of filth. Stopped a few scamming/self vouching multi acct/persons rings so far. Also banned quite a few big names but some have thankfully been overturned.

I will say I am by far the #1 banning mod for self vouching (lately) with 48 accts whacked for it already.

I can do all of the following. Over 6 yrs and 3 months of experience at almost 23 years old.


I can be a cook for a restaurant
I can be a dishwasher
I can make all pantry items - salads, pizzas etc etc
I can setup rooms for ALL types of banquets
I can be a server in Banquets
I can be a server in a restaurant
I can run the front desk
I can do night audit anytime
I can do payroll anytime
I have done and can do sales when necessary
I can fix over 50% of ALL maintenance issues in a hotel
I can fully do the landscaping/grass cutting
I can be a porter (getting towels, carrying bags etc etc)
I can run and maintain any buffet line including one with 200 ppl on it in 15 minutes
I can do housekeeping if needed also
I can do laundry if needed
I can do construction if needed also

I have had over 15+ separate positions in the place I work at. Looking for a big move early next year into a huge hotel.
