Looking for a partner

To create a forum with. I've considered this for a while, and now decided to do it. I've got around 50$ to spend, it's not too much but it can get us started. There aren't any requirements but you have to be mature, and preferably have a few dollars to spend.

That's the question, isn't it? Thinking of a good concept is the hardest part. (after recruiting maybe). Suggestions are welcome. No 9999th RuneScape Blackmarket, unless we can think of something unique to offer.
