Price check (and suggestions)

Hei,
I might be interested in starting to build and sell RS accounts, so I was wondering what kind of accounts I should buy that they would sell for best profit. The skills I would mainly train for them are Attack, Strenght, Mining, Fishing and Woodcutting. (You may also suggest me some other combinations with additional skills Defence/Cooking/Ranged/Magic)

So give some directional price about the following three examples:
Example account 1:
Attack 40
Strenght 60
(Defence 1)
Mining 70

Example account 2:
(Combat 3)
Mining 70
Fishing 70
Woodcutting 70

Example account 3:
(Combat 3)
Mining 85
