    Then no, that's all I did. Did blurring, sharpening, dodging, burning, etc etc.

    Gimp is limited. Hate more.

    You can do almost everything if not everything in gimp that you can in photoshop.....

    This is true, I used gimp for two years and did some of my best work there.

    Just try looking at tutorials for GIMP, there are plenty on DeviantArt. So using GIMP is not an excuse to not make quality work, but inexperience is.
