Possible Ban Evader , Scammer

He was trying to buy illegal accounts on sythe i pm'd him and said i would do it off the record , i add him to find he was already blocked on my MSN (I only block scammers). I talked with him he refused to go first , he has 9 posts 0 vouches i offered a gregluar MM , he refused and said i have to pay OMM fee's. Please check his IP i think he has multiple sythe accounts

EDIT : Just admited to a ban evade

 

There are no other accounts on his IP.

 

Furthermore, it's not an offence to refuse an OMM. And you're not allowed to sell prohibited things 'off the record' through the site.
