I Just Got Scammed, I think?

I'm pretty sure I just got scammed. I went through with a deal, in this thread;

And sold my character to "rs.adicted" (http://www.sythe.org/member.php?u=269135) Who went first. I wasn't certain that he had sent the money as a gift, so I called Paypal to make sure. They verified that it were a personal Gift, and it couldn't be charged back.



But here I am. If my bank had actually had a hold of the money, I could have charged it back, from my local Bank.

What do you guys think I should do?

Picture: The bottom deal, he accidently sent the money as an Echeck, and from the wrong email, according to him. So he resent it. The top transfer is me trying to send the 250$/ 1300 DKK to my bank account, unsuccessfully.

Before, their Phone Representative told me that since it was a Personal Gift, he could not charge it back...

 

Well I did call them, they said, now I would have to wait for the owner of the other account, to anwer the email confirmation he recieved, and accept actually sending the money to me... No idea what this is, but its bullshit :>

 

Well, I will survive the loss, It just annoys me, alot... I reported the guy to the Internet Crime Complaint Center :O

Hey first of all im sorry to hear about your loss.

This person (rs.adicted) has been willingly paying A/W (or higher than A/W) eagerly AND going first to various people. He has had paypal payment issues with more than just you. Just a heads up that he has been doing this to multiple users.
