Its old, basically you can see the fps and something else that is useless. Press ` to remove it I think.

 

it has no commands that regular players can use to change anything.

Basically all you can do is see your system data with it to help troubleshoot bugs.
You can see the fps with it as well, which will tell you how much you're lagging if it's real low.

other than that, it has no use for regular players. As it's the Developer's Console

So what - anyone can do it , its old now. When I found out I posted it and found out it was old then so its REALLY old now.

 

Old.. maybe you should read runescape updates more often
