best food in runescape p2p?

hey i was wondering what is the best food the heals the most hitpoints. i know rocktails, manta rays, etc. but i was wondering about double and triple bit food that heals like 300hp per inventory slot?

Saradomin brews(4) would definitely be somewhere at the top in that regard. I believe they heal 15% of your lifepoints per dose(best if you're 99 constitution of course). A combination of sara brews, rocktails and super restores is pretty rad

If you're talking about eating combos, rocktail/pineapple pizza combo heals 34 in one eating animation.

 

Purple sweets, they are stackable. So basically you can have infinity health - if you have the money.

i've always thought it was rocktails. you can do a rocktail + choc. bomb for a really nice 37 hp boost in 1 animation.

Sara brews are really good, but you need super restores. If you were to have a lot of cash to burn, you can basically infinitely stack purple sweets, they are more efficient as an energy restorer however.
