    cbpanda scammer fake vouches.
    cbpanada is a scammer, he first lies and says he doesn't have MSN and then he will add you and speak terrible English and try to convince you to go first for more money. Then he will PM you and says he has vouches when there is no proof of his vouches at all.

    Then I have entire MSN convo if that isn't already proof enough of a scammer.
