I can maybe do this for you, but I have a few rules myself.

Without your own POH altar it is next to IMPOSSIBLE to make sure every single last bone is used to its full potential (both burners lit) so you'd have to give me a tolerance of at least a couple hundred bones extra. We're talking about like 36-37k bones here, you cannot seriously expect it to be done perfectly.

Without a BoB, this will take ages. Probably like 700 bones/h at a reasonable speed with house tabs/ring of dueling, as compared to 1,300/h with a tortoise+. The payment will need to reflect the amount of time/effort it's going to take (considering you want it done by hand)

If you can work around what I've stated then feel free to PM me or add my MSN (I don't get on often, please PM me and request I get online). I don't have much experience with training people's accounts but I've been trusted with a lot of money on Sythe and have 60+ vouches as you requested. I got 95 prayer on my main not too long ago and found it pretty chill, so I wouldn't mind doing it again for a fee.

How much $ are we talking about? I'd need about 50 spare bones, atleast a terrorbird, Would do castlewars method.. Can verify that I have 95prayer in game on two accounts, and 82 on the other... all 130+ if that'd help, and is your paypal linked to bank?

 

Oh.. and I'd get the required construction level for guilded altar aswell if you wish to buy supplies.
