i got a question how do u buy a green phat without being able to trade the phat without anything? if u had to junk trade why not just sell the junk and wait =p ur like spending money on nothing basicly :/

Negative, Green party hats are "Rares" and have a higher value then what they are currently worth in the grand exchange, so his paying IRL money for it then he could resell the phat for like $150 or something and make $40 profit ! lolz Nah but seriously, what I said above.
