*URGENT* Looking For More Staff *READ THIS*

This is our current team. I do as much as I can, but i'm more of a customer support kind of guy; the idea here is for me to be able to talk to the customer, then decide which employee is best suited to handle the job. Employees will most likely work on a 60/40 or 70/30 split, the latter being my fee. We will have meetings to talk about our business often. Social skills are a must. I do believe in keeping a small, tight staff. Specifically, under five people.

What can you bring to the table? (Questing,Skilling, etc.) and how often: I can do skilling, and since I get very little traffic at my service, I'd be glad to work for this service.
How often are you on Sythe: Every day, on and off frequently for the 5 hours after I get home from school. On the weekends, on and off the whole day.
Why should I trust you?: I have quite a good reputation in the runescape market as well as the middle man forum and my vouches (45+) are in siggy.
Tell me about yourself: I am in high school and I enjoy earning money while gaining a good trading reputation here at sythe. I enjoy spending time playing baseball and soccer. I like cold and rainy weather. I am quite intelligent and manage to earn good grades in my classes, two of which are honors classes. I played varsity soccer my freshmen year, and this year it's looking as if I will play varsity baseball. I plan on going to a University, however I don't know what will be the field I will work in. I am, however, ready for anything before me.
Extra information: I'd be tackling one order at a time, with the bots that I own (provided on my skilling thread).

Only 5 vouches, and only 3/5 of them seem to be runescape-related. Not quite what i'm looking for. However, looking at your posts you're correct, you do only post useful things, and I do respect that. I'll get back to you when I begin making decisions. If you'd like to improve your application please feel free to edit it.

What can you bring to the table? (Questing,Skilling, etc.) and how often: I have many bots but the one I would mainly be looking to use it AutoPlunderPro. Now I know this isn't ideal, but I can also offer my other bots, but, unfortunately, my computer can only handle one bot at a time, so I suppose I would be more of a last resort If you're not interested in my skilling for the service, I could also do Customer Support, such as handling customer questions, linking them to the appropriate skiller, etc, etc.

Why should I trust you? I've been on Sythe since 2008, I know I do not have too many vouches, that's mainly because I don't buy too many accounts - I mainly lurk I also absolutely despise scammers, so, of course, I would not be one myself. I've been scammed many times, and I know how it feels.

Tell me about yourself: What can I say? I've played RS since 2002, I've been into cheating since 2005/2006 and ... Well ... That's pretty much all for my 'RS Career' - I'm mature, mostly use good grammar (Which is why I believe I would be good for Customer Support), so, yeah. That's all I can think of for now

As stated in the OP, i'd be doing most/all of the customer support, but if they wanted to talk to the person actually doing their order that person needs to have solid social skills to maintain an aura of professionalism; so I appreciate some of things you've said such as you having good grammar,etc.

Is your Paypal verified?

Being a mod on iRune (which I havn't heard of for the record) means nothing to me, or anyone else quite frankly. This is because only Sythe vouches count on Sythe, trust from any other site doesn't carry over to here. However being a forum addict and by searching your recent posts, you try to be as formal and helpful as you can be.

Please answer my questions, and i'll get back to you when I start making decisions.

(Questing,Skilling, etc.) and how often: Skilling (entirely done by bots, as I unfortunately do not have the time available to offer hand-done services such as questing, mini-games, etc). I spoke to you on MSN about my current internet situation, but once I have a VPS up and running I'll be able to run bots far more frequently (although 1 or 2 spaces may be required for my resale botting projects, and if that causes I problem it's understandable).
How often are you on Sythe: Everyday, a lot of the day. I work from home most of the time, so am able to check Sythe whenever necessary.
Why should I trust you?: I cannot answer that really, as I've had no trades with you, nor any real sizeable trades. I've spoken to you a bit on MSN, although I don't know if that is enough to give an impression of character, and I have a small number of vouches (although admittedly many/all of them are for free services I have done, no large paid services).
