    How often do you Work out?

    I do p90x Ab Ripper 3-4 times a week nights.
    Everyday 200 reps each arm 20lbs weights
    30 pulls up and push ups before i sleep.



    i have been doing this for about 4 months now... results r starting to show but what is your work out plan? do you even work out or to lazy or busy lol

    How often do you Work out?

    My only workout is the workout I do with my right arm 2 times a day.

    Or walking to school.

    I do it three times a day. I do weightlifting while practicing for basketball.

    Wow really... both of those don`t count the first one u stated is actually making you weaker!

    How often do you Work out?

    Bodybuilding, I have a perfected 5 day split, with excellent nutrition (I focus my diet on complex carbohydates(The most), protein, and Omega-3 *good* fats.) When I complete a bulk phase (clean) I'll be around 190, and I plan to reach this 8 weeks out from a show in Orlando. From there I'll be very strict on slow acting complex carbs, and lower calorie intake, get shredded for the show in May! Here would be around 1- 1 1/2 ago.

    How often do you Work out?

    I'm overweight, I weigh 255LBS, but I look 180LBS to some people. But I do a lot of Wushu, I used to train in Mainland China six hours a day and six days a week. During that one day off, I went to a Gymnastics Gym to sharpen up my jumps for Wushu. But I still have a lot of fat on my stomach because after training I would just go to a buffet, the muscles are probably under my fat, not too sure.

    I play football and walk to school, that's about it really.
    Sometimes play football around the street.

    How often do you Work out?

    I go to the gym 4 times a week, but it's all cardio really as at my gym you have to be 16 in order to use weights. So at the moment I'm working on losing the fat and keeping it off. Then, when I hit 16, I'll focus on building muscle.

    How often do you Work out?

    I should probably add that I also do a paper round every morning (45 minutes of power walking) and walk to and from school (40 minutes of fast walking there and back) alongside the gym routine. I also use the weights gym at my school for approx. 45 minutes 3 times a week.

    How often do you Work out?

    I bench press on weekends, I have hockey practice on weekdays, and i run on the treadmill for 45 minutes before I go to bed. I sometimes go to the gym with my dad too.

    How often do you Work out?

    I lift two days a week and run everyday except Sunday. Usually it's about 8 miles a day(some days less, some more).

    Bulking once again as winter is approaching, 3 days a week. School + work ruins everything.

    wow 8 miles a day jesus thats crazy i can only jog like 4 kms before i get tired but its getting better LOL

    I'm on a recomp right now. I lift 3 times a week, Mon. Wed. Fri., and do cardio on the remaining days.

    Damn 8 miles a day is a intense workout for 6 days a week.


    OT/ I do about 30 pushups everyday for the rest of my life and see no results. I wish I can do pull ups but I can't even manage to do 1...

    How often do you Work out?

    Marine pre-enlistment program, jog 2 miles 2 days a week. During those 2 days 50 pull-ups are done, 75+ push up's and sit up's.

    50 Pull-up per week
    75+ Push ups a week & Sit-ups
    4 miles each week.
    + whatever activity he makes us do during the running, weight jackets etc.

    Wtf you have to do all that? I was thinking of joining the navy/air force but my mind is changed when you gotta do 75+ pushups & 50 Pullups -_-

    Never anymore. I play sport and walk everywhere. I am not egotistical enough to care so much about my muscle mass.
