Calming your nerves?

What do you personaly do to calm yourself down when you are nervous.

When im in a situation that makes me nervous I try and rationalize the situation to myself to calm down.

In general when i want to relax and calm down i take a nap and listen to music

 

Usually masturbate.

 

Propranolol can be used for it. People commonly use it before performances/sports to get rid of their pre-game nerves. Actors use it too.

Clench my fists/grind my teeth/tap my feet. Try to just be calm, take deep breathes.

If it's over a long period of time, I take a nap.

Anyways, the way I calm my nerves is to just be lazy and play video games that are intense, so you concentrate on that more.

It depends what you're nervous about. I find that gathering various opinions and thoughts from other people about whatever the problem is seems to help reassuring me.

 

Consume large amounts of Alcohol when im drunk im never nervous
