Requesting a High Pardon: Finally Found Freedom

I'd like to have Sythe view this pardon before this is to be either denied or accepted.

Joseph was a valued member of the community; both market and in general. He had an successful Firecaping business, (thread here: http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=847952) had a Royal Crown business, (thread here: http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=840728) and he was chosen as a SFA mod. He's obviously not an idiotic troll posting useless things. (This can be shown in SFA)

Helping People:
He's the one who taught me how to firecape. This took time, but after this we started a successful firecaping business together. It had well over 1k views and 100 replies. 0 incidents of scams, complaints, or anything.

Reformed Charachter: He was banned for scamming when he first joined. From what I know, this was a small amount like $15. He has since tried to get in contact with them, but has failed.
He's had access to account(s) of mine. (Before and after he was banned on Sythe)
Before Ban -- Got me a firecape on a near maxed Initiate pure (estimated to be around $150)
After Ban -- Played/still sometimes plays on my Obsidian Mauler on both RS2 and RSC. Over 200M in RS2 and 20M in RSC. In RSC the account is 29 combat with 80 mage and a successful staker. (estimated to be $250 +)

Ban evading:
Yes, he ban evaded. Unlike most people who ban evade, this wasn't for any malicious use. Only thing he did upon ban evading was post in SFA. He enjoys the section and having a intellectual debate.
Some of his accounts:
Hilary , K+J, FFF1, FFF2, FFA, etc. These NEVER posted outside in the market etc.

Please note: I messaged him telling him he should make a pardon, he didn't ask me to post this for him, or anything. I'm the one who approached him. People do change.

One last thing, I'd gladly stick my neck out for him. He's one of the few I truly trust on Sythe. He's a valued member in this community, or at least in my view.
