you were proven to NOT be a vader , you get unbanned - and your still now a mod ? I call bullshit...

 

I put a request in to be put on staff once again...but only if the staff wants me back because thats how it should be.

 

I think it's because the precedent has been made already. Hahanerd proved that it wasn't him who had an interest phishers but was still given a twc and lost his position.

 

No - If your were MOD previously. And all evidence leads to be in your favor and / or false.

You should be given the position.

If I got fired from work for hmm say sexually abusing a female co worker -then they prove it wasn't me - I'm legally obliged to the job again.

I just think its morally wrong and poor
