best place to train strength

title says it all, also i am a member. sorry for got to mention he is a main with 70+ in cmb stats

 

That depends. Is he a pure? If hes a pure, experiments, rock crabs, alkharid warriors etc.

 

If pure experiments, if not slayer monsters is a best shot =)

 

70+ in all combat stats means that you really should be moving past all these pure spots (experiments, rock crabs etc). I've always been a big fan of bandits, especially since your defence is impressive. You can view a guide for this here: http://forums.rsbandb.com/viewtopic.php?f=66&t=34334 . Although it's old, it still applies. Tldr; grab some decent defensive gear and a dragon scimitar/saradomin sword. You'll also need a guthix/saradomin/zamorak item to attract the bandits to you. Lastly, bring a full inventory of food and you should last for a decent amount of time before reloading on food.

Note: At level 115, I was making 80k strength xp an hour for this.

Note2: You can afk on sythe while training here; it's great!!

 

the best place is yaks. Only 70 str, 70 att & breaking 70K xp from botting using a rune scim at that.

 

I would suggest yaks if you have started fremmy isles. If not then go with bandits.

- Slayer
- Ankous

 

Forget all the regular cliche spots and just do slayer.

 

Yaks are usually crowded, and bandits is not bad if you baby sit it. I used to do it, but died a couple of times because I wasn't paing attention. Guthans is good at bandits.

I'm surprised nobody had mentioned pest control yet.. free experience without having to gain many hp levels is nice.

 

When I was your level I went to kill dags, I don't know if many people do that anymore though..

You can always do Soulwars, or you can do Cockroach Soldiers which drops lots of charms and good money! (Mith ore noted, Rune Sq shields, Rune med helms)

 

Try ghouls. You could probably get ~60k exp/hour there.
