Guys where can I find bangers for like £1-£50 I wanne start racing but what dealers sell cars this cheap.

Well the goverment fucked me over and decided to destory old cars in a bid for people to buy new shit.
Most Junk yards only sell salvaged cars that are so fucked and can't run again. But I hear stories of people grabbing run abouts for like £50 quid I wanne take it banger racing possibly get a austin mini and do up the engine.. or something.

Dude.. You're not going to get one now. The scrapping scheme meant people could get £2000 for getting their cars scrapped.

3 or 4 years ago you could do it quite easily.. But not anymore..

You could try going to a scrap yard and buying an absolutely fucked car, but you'd have to do work to it..

If you want a cheap car, try out a Saturn, Honda Civic, etc.

 

He's not dreaming.. A few years ago people over here had to pay £200 to get their car scrapped, if a scrap dealer then sold this car on, for any amount, he would have made profit from doing nothing.

 

Yea, but he wants to race. That makes no sense, you're going to need a decent car for that. Plus you'd have to have fix the car up so much that it's not even worth all the money. You wouldn't even compete with anyone in a phony highway race.

Unless he means what you're implying, by buying one cheap then getting it scrapped, but like you said they don't do that anymore.

Also Wes you got me all wrong mate doesn't have to be a all time decent car like I'd settle for a old peugeot, something small but I'll put a 2.0 litre in it or something and take it rally. hence only £50 cause I'm gonna rag it like shit.

I got my V reg saxo for £400. I'm sure you could get something shittier for less. Try the yellow pages for local scrapheap and see what you can dig up.
