Requesting Free Signature

I'm not even sure if people still give away free signatures, but If someone could make me one that would be fantastic.

I need the signature to look somewhat like this:

Background: Black; but some sort of shine effect or pattern so it's not just solid black.
Main Text: XAIVER (in an ice blue sort of color)
Secondary Text: Quester4Free (in a transparent, sort of faded white)
Other Text: [email protected] (in a navy slate-ish sort of blue)
Size: Doesn't matter, as long as I can resize it

If you would make me one I would be very grateful
