PureiElite scammed me out of $30

How they scammed: He logged out/blocked me on msn after I sent the payment
Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: I copied his email address straight from his thread

Seriously? I just spent half of my money on gold from him :'(

 

He sent me a phishing email earlier.

 

Could one of you tell me what I jave to do to get my money back? Would I have to call my bank?

 

Probably, have you tried recovering it through paypal?

 

As with almost all trades it was demanded the payment was sent as a gift, I emailed them earlier to no avail so I'll call in a few hours when everyone in my house wakes up.

 

I called paypal and you can't claim back a gift, I guess I won't be using personal payments in the future.

 

You can claim back any payment Sambooo, but Paypal doesn't endorse virtual item purchases or sales, so you would be out of luck trying to claim those back.

 

Could you tell me how I would go about that? I could really use that money and I guess I could tip you $5 or something for your help if it works.

 

How did you fund the payment?
