    they've all actually been on a steady decrease in price so you can buy them in the ge.

    Sorry no, they are dropping in price which means you can get them in world 2 or in the G.E. They will probably stop dropping soon and then rise a little and then continue to drop. I could be wrong but I am just reading the charts.
