Of Mice & Men

Yet another band voiced by Austin Carlile, mister band hopper, I know...

I really like them myself, but I don't think I've heard anyone speak about them on here? Anyone else listen to Of Mice & Men? I really like their lyrics and how they switch so randomly between 15 second screams and then hushed melodies with soft singing. Kind of unique.

 

They make me wanna rip my ears off and feed em to my animals basically. This shit is atrocious and I can't wait until scene kids and scene music finally die off.

Please, you two, enlighten me on why this is "so bad" you would forcibly remove your ears and serve them to animals.

I wouldn't even allow them to "enlighten" you konnor. Simple fact: If you don't like the music don't post. If you don't like screamo music you're not going to like any of the screamo bands...

I personally love OMM. They're touring in my area in about two months with We Came As Romans! I'm trying my best to go. It'd be pretty amazing, not to mention the sexy screamo girls. However, you left out the best song. OMM - They don't call it the south for nothing

Although, I HATE the covers they do. Poker Face...O my god. You're a great band, make your own music PLEASE.

 

While I love Of Mice and Men I didnt expect it to go as far as it did since Austin thinks its cool to start bands then leave, but I think they sound alot better with their new screamer. I saw them live at warped tour and it was amazing. And the reason the other two are hating because they listen to Nofx and are prolly into hardcore punk,which makes no since to me because The Casualties comes pretty close to being "Hardcore".
Also if you are into the heavier stuff give state of east london a look

I am also a big fan of We Came As Romans. I'm going to This Is A Family Tour in November (In Fear and Faith, Pierce the Veil, Attack Attack!, and Of Mice & Men), is that the tour you're talking about? I actually downloaded that song and it never made it onto my iPod until yesterday, every other song did but that one. It is a really good song!
