Need some advice please!

Ok, so if you check my siggy, I have managed to get my account building business up and running pretty smoothly. I have made some decent cash already and have finished a few jobs, more are in the making currently. If you will notice, one job is still under the "current jobs" section and the whole thing is green. Pakistani ordered that account (lvl 3 with 85 mining) like 3 weeks ago. It was one of my first orders and I have been done with it for so long now! I almost got rid of it to someone else, and he finally logs onto MSN like a week ago and tells me he is getting on paypal rite then to pay me what he owed so i could give him the details of his new account. Then he just goes offline again and I havn't heard from him for like a week, even though I've tried to catch him on MSN and PM him through sythe.org

THE BIG QUESTION:
Is it alright, both with sythe rules and just being a good person, for me to consider selling the account to someone else, or using it to build further if some1 else orders and account with mining as one of the requests? I've already put in the work and it irks me to see it sit there, even when I've had other mining requests. If some1, especially a mod , could tell me what to do, that would be great and much appreciated!

 

If i was you I would sell it, if someone asked for an account like that.
You cannot expect someone to hold an account for that amount of time

I agree with what Chickenlover said. They can't expect someone to hold something for that long for them because they can't get their money right. Just sell it to another person because time is money, and you need all the time and money you could get.

I think you have the right to sell it to some one ells or continue to train it in order to sell it. He did not pay up front, so you trained the account expecting the money when it was done and that was not the case.

 

You can sell it when ever you want, it is your account of course, although I think it would be best if you notified them before hand.

Sell it to whoever you want,you guys had a deal he couldn't follow through with it.Yo waited long enough,he knew it was ready.It's his fault.
