is there a way to get my cash back if sum kid disputes it

i recently sold a fury kit for 30 usd but 1 hour after i sold it the buyer disputed his cash is there any way i can get my cash back?

 

Not really, It's a virtual items and in paypals terms i'm pretty sure they do not cover theft of 'virtual items'. (I assume by saying dispute you are talking about paypal as that's the main payment method around here). It's happened to be in the past with a $200 wow account =/. They just say there's nothing they can do.

In the dispute thing show them as many Pictures you can, but its pretty hard to do that with a game sadly.

 

Even if you show them pictures, they won't help you. It's in their Terms that they do not support virtual items.

Just have people say they are paying for virtual items in a note attached to the paypal. That way they cant dispute it. Only for next time

But back on topic, there's no way to get your money back, if there was, it would be a slim to tiny chance you'd get it back. PayPal barely or pays absolutely little to no attention to virtual items. I would stick with gift payments from now on.

You can try to win the dispute, if you lost that then your only other option would be to call paypal and tell them that he already had the item before you sold it to him. They probably wouldn't be a big help but it's worth a try.

but i wonder how long it takes paypal to review a dispute cuz its been 4 days now and i havent got any reply of them

I won a Paypal dispute recently actually. The guy charged back his $50 but I had him attach a note saying it's for virtual goods he has already received. When he charged back I escalated it up to a claim and pointed the note out to Paypal. It took a good two weeks to get my money back but at least i got it back. Good luck with your case though.
