Another Dungeoneering Xp Glitch (Patched Though)

In the comments someone said there was a banwave on top dungeoneerers? Is this true? and Who's been banned?

That was an interesting watch, but I didn't pick up on how it was done, haha.

Glad it's patched, or everyone in PvP would be using Chaotic weapons >:/

 

:O it's double exp and you just wait it out. That was a pretty easy glitch to discover lol. Not that fast exp though :S

 

You finish one floor with the glitch, and it gives you the base xp (without door bonus and level mod) of the next floor for free - without you having completed it legitimately.

Does not boost your xp by much, but its still faster than doing another floor legit.

Yea I'm hearing quite a few people saying that X ranked person got banned, but nobody seems to know who that person is/was >_>

 

That's because in RuneScapeLand only Rank 1-3 even "matter" to the general public (by "matter", I do not mean they aren't valued, they just aren't well recognized), haha. Which is sad, because there usually isn't much difference from being Rank 3, and being Rank 50.

 

Except about 80 billion mega ex-pee, and 42 weeks spent ingame.

Well maybe the difference right now isn't so great, but back with 2376 total being max there was a difference of like 1b total xp between rank 1 and rank 50. (I remember cuz one of my friends was ranked approx. 50 before dungeoneering came out).

Ah to bad. I feel bad for the top dung. people. It would suck to get 100+ dungeoneering and then get banned.

 

definitively would suck to get banned after working so hard on the skill

 

They only got 3 day bans.

 

maybe if JaGeX people could code better then there wouldn't be this problem with bans and whatnot to being with...

 

How do you know that? Or did you just pull it out of your ass?

This is how the glitch functioned:

 

Jagex should reset these people's Dungeoneering xp back to 0 and unban them to be honest.

 

Pretty interesting, to bad it has been patched.
