Where do I go next?

I've received two infractions, one expired one active. I tried PM'ing the staff member that gave me them both times, I won't give names but..

1st time they responded with "I won't change my mind. Take it to the feedback forum, thanks." This is before I even explained why I thought it wasn't warranted. He wasn't even willing to listen to what I had to say!

2cd time (two days ago) they didn't even respond; and I know the person in question has been on since then since they've posted in several threads afterwards. I literally typed him three paragraphs explaining why my infraction was in vain and he wouldn't even grace it with a response.

I'm not trying to make each case public; i'm just asking, where do I go next? Since the dispute an infraction forum was removed, they suggest PM'ing a moderator..what if no one even replies to you? Then what do you do?

 

You do nothing. You got infracted, if the staff member that infracted you does not deem it appropriate that your infractions are reversed then you just sit back and suck it up.
