hey on paypal how do i know the other persone can't get his money back after a trade... i don't want to be scamed you see if u can help this will b great

 

Make them send it as a gift. And tell them to put something like "I have already received my goods and will not want a refund" in the notes.

You can't. There is no 100% way of making it so the money can't be recovered. But you can make it harder by: The money sent as a gift, claim cancel and being verified. These just a few.

 

No matter what you do the money will always be claimable back... This has its advantage and disadvantages...

paypal was made for ebay... which its like impossible to scam so.. yea

 

Unfortunately it isn't impossible. My brother sold his Laptop on Ebay. To sum it up he never got the money.

There is no way to 100% negate Paypal reversals. The safest thing you can do is ask for a personal payment.
