Decanting
100k - 2m per hour!





All you need to do is simply put an offer in mid or lower then mid, and at the most 1% above mid for a (3) dose potion.
Then simply sell the (4) for max, or 1% - 2% below max

If an item doesn't sell for a while, you just need to wait it out, they will sell eventually.
There is no harm in leaving an offer in while you go out, or do other activities in the game.


In short, this is kind of a short-term flip

Also, don't use potions such as combat potions or super attack potions.
I only used those for pictures because they sell quickly and have a high supply.

The best potions to use are the most commenly used such as

P 2 P

Prayer Potions
Super restore Potions
Saradomin Brews
Super Energy
Super Strength
Magic Potions
Ranging Potions
Antifire Potions

F 2 P
Strength Potions



After you buy your (3) dose potions, take 28 out of the bank, and run to "Bob Barter"
[Picture below shows path and bank and Bob]
Right click, and select decant.
After you see the potions decanted, go to the bank, deposit all potions, and then take 28 more out .

You can leave offers in the grand exchange to sell and buy more as you're doing this.


$$ NOTE $$
Never buy crashing potions, it will usually fail!

If a potion is crashing, you could try buying it for lowest and selling (4)'s for mid.

A good method, is buying 4 (3) dose potions, and then selling the (4), all for mid or max, too see how the market is.

The grand exchange link on the homepage has graphs as to how the potions going, if it's going up or is steady, it's a good pot.
If it's crashing, it's a risk or just avoidable



Have fun with the gold you make, be careful though as it's risky

I remember doing this when I was low level with super restore potions, and super energy potions.

I did this all the time when I was a noob (which I still am now ), and I still do it now as it is decent money. Good for F2P as there is really nothing else to do, lol.

(I was thinking of making this as a guide, too, but you just had to steal it first! Meanie!)
