You want me to explain HOW Jesus performed his miracles?

 

How, or what evidence there is that he did preform them in the first place.

 

I laugh at how you think you can just prove the Bible wrong as simply as that. Is the moon not the biggest, brightest thing you see at night? Almost as if it rules the night? The Bible doesn't say that the moon produces its own light. So your argument doesn't work.

That's completely and utterly false. Catholics also pray to Mary, for a Christian, that would be an idol. So although Catholics are CONSIDERED to be Christian, they're really not. And no, if a Christian follows Catholicism, then they're not a Christian.

Yes, I believe Socrates existed.

 

I assume He(God) would talk about it in relationship to the Earth. Would be a bit silly if he was talking about in in relation to Pluto? That's not the same. Russia was created by man, not God.

There is more factual documented proof that the Bible is real than there is that Socrates ever existed.

 

People will make wars happen regardless of religion, they are just using Religion to fuel their wars.

It depends on what you mean by "real". I don't doubt the fact that the Bible is a "real" book, but I do not believe that the content of the Bible is "real". Assuming you're talking about the later, can I see the evidence of this first?

For one Satan/Lucifer did not choose to live in hell. He was a rebellious angel that wanted to be god. Then Satan tried to rebel against god and god sentenced him to hell. But Satan found that he could not harm god so he tries to make the closest thing to him suffer instead. (Humans)

God Gives humans free will. If someone kills someone thats through free will. God does not want bad things to happen such as a baby to die. But when Adam and eve eat the apple he removed him self from being directly in human life. That is why when people Pray they cant hear god aloud speaking to them. Also I am Agnostic I am just pointing out that before you attack someones religion read there book first, Half the debates you guys make are actually answered in the bible and Quran.

 

So you believe that the Bible is real, but you don't believe the content. I'd love to explain how that's kind of an oxymoron, but I have to leave for the night. If I remember, I'll talk to you about it tomorrow (if you care that much)

The Bible is real as in it exists, but it is a book of fiction, therefore what it describes isn't "real".

How? He asked for proof. The Bible is a historical book recording what has happened.

I can't get my head around the idea of "hell".

I mean, in my opinion flames and a big red man with a tail and pitch fork is just ridiculous!

Personally, hell for me would be a place with all your biggest fears and what you hate the most.
