Little Paypal Help

So I created my Paypal account. I do not have a credit card and am not interested in adding my bank account. How do I removed the $0 spending limit?

Also, are they going to require any other ID or other information once I remove the limit?

I figure there's a guide here somewhere.. just not sure what works still.

 

Go buy a Visa card. Add it as a credit card and use it to confirm your address. You'll have a 5K spending limit.

 

Like a normal prepaid visa from Target or something? And do I have to register my address with them to confirm it or something?

Yea. I'm not sure where you live but the GiftCardMall ones worked for me.
