Hello Sythe, I am not the most active member of the community, though i do enjoy watching the antics of Sythe as a whole from time to time. Today I am here due to having received an undeserved ban that really should have had the mention from both parties before the final curtain drawn. I was banned on 9/3/10 from a accusation from thePSNguy(who i must state is currently banned 0.0). Following his thread he created against me, he states that I scammed a $100 euro psn account from him. This is false as I had stated to him the fact that I did not think I would take the account because 1)didnt work 2)seemed to be obtained illegally. If you follow my words during his scammer accusations in which you can see my dilemma at purchasing the account as well as my cautiousness. In the end my actions seemed to positive in the end as i was indeed able to avoid purchasing the account which by all means was not worth the trouble because it didn't even work. I do no think i should be banned because:
1) I never even changed the account details that he sent me,
2)the account didn't work properly as it was supposed to,
3) I had stated that I didn't want to purchase the account in the end(though it seems to be cut out of his accusation thread 0.0)
4) I received nothing from the trade and he kept the account
5)The whole end of the conversation on his accusation thread is missing so it doesn't seem as though it should pass as proper proof(seems to be intentionally cutoff to me)
6) We both kept what we originally offered (he his account)(me my money) and he never states i changed the pass(what a loophole) leaving him access to his account whenever he would want it.
7)The whole accusation seems somewhat uncalled for(unless he is angry he had to purchase the acct from another just for me to not buy it, though if so he should really just find another buyer since i Would be buying a non-working account and end up feeling scammed myself)
8)Though i do not have pictures of the end of the Conversation to protect myself, I also feel he doesn't have the Full story posted to accuse me

Conclusion: I would deem it much appreciated if one of authority could properly read over this and make the proper decision
