Proxy servers.

So My school just blocked sythe.
10 seconds later I join sythe using a proxy and i get this message "You IP has been banned. bla bla bla"
I just changed to another IP using the same proxy.

So using a proxy gets you a different IP adress.
And if someone is caught scamming with this adress they will get banned.
Now I just logged in, Using the same adress.

Does this make me bannable for ban evading?
As i am currently using another IP adress wich has been used by scammers/other banned persons.

I believe I have seen a few disputes where people got (wrongfully) banned for Logging into sythe on a public computer, as their IP adresses would match that of a banned user that had signed in there before.

Please tell me what this means/if this is actually illegal or if there's a way to see I am different from the person with the same IP adress.

Note, This is my one and only account on sythe, The message jsut got me wondering if i am breaking any rules by using a proxy to visit site. (Besides my schools' rules, Lol.

Nah proxies are fine. They usually can tell if it's a proxy and I'm sure if they ban you for it, you can explain that you're using a proxy cause your school blocked Sythe.

 

We know when its a proxy.

Also, my school has Sythe blocked when I'm on my iPod. Just try something like 'hahanerd.sythe.org'. It works for me.

 

I needed to hear this. My I.P was blocked once and I used a proxy to get onto Sythe. The first one popped up telling me I'm I.P Banned. I freaked out. Thanks FireZ.
